Multi-Edge Blade

J2 Stainless Steel
Vacuum heat treated to approximately 60 HRC, then ground, sharpened and highly polished.
Full-Tang Construction
The blade steel runs through the full handle, with contoured hardwood scales secured by three metal pins.
Full-Size Working Platform
Approximately 7.5 inches overall with a 2.5-inch cutting head and approximately 1.7-inch maximum blade width.
